César Pelli is arguably one of the greatest architects of all time, having designed the National Museum of Art in Osaka, Japan, The Petronas Towers in Singapore, and the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco. But at some point, in 1986 he was convinced by ACME in Los Angeles to design some jewelry, and the pieces are graphically stunning in their architectural geometry. Now very rare, we have been fortunate enough to come upon this pair so wonderfully evocative of Miami Beach. Pierced fasteners.
